Neither Sunny Day Enterprizes or the owner will be held responsible for any broken or damaged items on the property. Neither Sunny Day Enterprizes or the owner will be held responsible for any injuries or accidents occurred while services are being performed. Any and all collection efforts allotted by law will be pursued on past due balances. A late fee of $5.00 on balances over 60 days may be accessed. Past due accounts may have services cut-off until the balance is fully satisfied. Contract amounts are subject to change due to economical factors. If contract amounts need to be changed, the customer will be notified 30 days in advance. We reserve the right to perform services any day of the week during daylight hours. We are not held responsible for any missed services due to weather events.Non-payment after 60 days will result in suspension of services until balance is resolved.
